• After final selection on short-list we propose to accompany the candidate during the integration period through close coaching and cross analyse of the feedback given by the candidate and the recruiting company.

• Consulting in professional choice and coaching during the recruitment period.
• Follow up during integration in the company.
• Maintaining a trustful and long lasting relationship.

As an independant Group BKHR, is represented internationally through a network of partners unified by the same professional visions and ethics. The recruitment procedures will always be controlled by the Key Account Manager, but it will receive logistic assistance and back office support from our international partners. Working with such a procedure our clients will always be assured that the sourcing is good and that they have contracted the right company for the right job. This is also a quality guarantee for the recruitment process. The interviews with the candidates and the selection for short-list will always be done by the Key Account Manager.
